Background
Vija Gulbis began to oppose the spread of globalisation as a union leader in Latvia, but the battle was too unfairly weighted against the common person. When her ubergene manifested itself she realised that ubers had the opportunity to counter the heavy burden of multinational corporations, and so she recruited like-minded ubers and took to destroying globalisation one corporation at a time.

Over the last few years the Elementals have crossed paths with Ruin on several occasions, and although they often come into conflict, the two teams also share similar goals and have been known to team up (although not for very long).

Area of Operations
The Elementals travel the world in search of vengeance or easy targets in their war against multinational corporations and world-polluters. Originally they centred on Europe, but have had success in North America, Australia, Asia, and even Atlantis.
Goals
The Elementals want to stop the destruction of the earth, and to do this, they believe they need to destroy the multinational corporations who are responsible for pollution and the perpetuation of world poverty. Each member has their own goals, but as a team they intend to destroy corporations one at a time.
Reputation
The Elementals have had a string of successes across several continents, and have struck against oil refineries, corporation headquarters and even nuclear reactors. Their reputation is not such that the corporations are actively seeking to capture them, but it is growing, and despite there being only four members, the Elementals are famous for their wide-spread destruction.
