Sharp Fang, the 1,001st son of the Empress Salmisstra basked in the twin sun of N’agai. The roar of the crow in the Herpadrome was pleasing to the proud prince. Sharp Fang had defeated a Krdun sword master and was celebrating his victory. With eight arms raised in the sky, Sharp Fang hissed proudly in triumph. None of the gladiators brought before him could stand against the Champion of the N’agai.

After the match Sharp Fang retreated to his bath where slaves applied oils to his scales. However, even with this latest victory, it still wasn’t enough for Sharp Fang. In truth, all the gladiators Sharp Fang had faced in battle had been captured by the N’agai Empire, so where was the challenged in that. Sharp Fang lived for the challenge, lived for the victory in battle. Sighing heavily the N’agai relaxed into a stupor.

His rest was interrupted by the sounds of scales on stone. Instantly one hand reached for a Fang Blade, and another for his Viper Blaster. Sharp Fang wouldn’t be the first N’agai priced who had been assassinated in the bath. However, just as quickly Sharp Fang relaxed a little. Sharp Fang recognized the tread of his clutchmate Dark Coil. Languidly Sharp Fang open an eye to see Dark coil approach. Shocked Sharp Fang stood up from the pool. He had been so surprised. The N’agai before was Dark Coil, but not the one Sharp Fang remembered. Dark Coil had been a proud and able warrior of the N’agai. The wretch before Sharp Fang look defeated and greatly abused. Dark Coil’s scales looked dull and one of his arms hung in a sling at the N’agai’s side. Sharp Fang was tempted to put Dark Coil out of his misery, but restrained himself.

“Dark Coil,” said Sharp Fang, “by the Empress, what is the meaning of this?”

Dark Coil looped himself into the pool besides Sharp Fang and let a sigh of relief. Slaves immediately rushed in to pamper the wounded N’agai.

“Alas,” said Dark Coil as the slaves applied salve to his wounds, “you see a defeated N’agai before you.”

“How is this possible?” asked Sharp Fang as he motioned a slave to bring the two N’agai drinks.

Dark Coil winced a little when a slave rubbed his scales too hard. A backhand sent the careless slave flying away to fall in a heap against a wall. Quickly other slaves came to drag the corpse away.

“I was out in deep space looking for a challenge,” said Dark Coil as he took a gulp of his drink and running his forked tongue around his scaly lips.

“Over by the Skellarian Empire.” Both N’agai chuckled about this. N’agai have a low opinion of their neighbor the Skellarian Empire.

“Anyways,” continued Dark Coil, “I came across one fo their vessels. It was heavily damaged, si it didn’t proved much sport.” Dark Coil scales rippled in pleasure as he recalled devouring the ships captain.

“Needless to say, I was quite curious as to what had damaged the ship in the first place. I was able to access the Skellarians crude memory system. I was amazed to see what had done this.”

Sharp Fang let out a hiss. “So get on with it.”

“It was a small pink skinned alien, the likes of which I’ve never seen before. What truly amazed me was the amount of energy the creature was throwing at the Skellarians. According to the ships logs the creature was called a human and it came from a planet called Earth. The alien had been captured by the Skellarians, but it had escaped."

"However," said Dark Coil, "this is the interesting part. I was able to gleen the projected course of this alien. Naturally I thought of the glory I could have in defeating an alien even the Skellarians couldn't."

"Making all haste, I followed."

“It was actually unfortunate. I actually did find the human. The alien was making all due haste back to his homeworld when I finally caught up to him.”

“I, of course, challenged the alien to a duel, in the time honored tradition of our people. The alien obviously didn’t understand my speech and attempted to flee. I fired my viper blaster at the alien and certainly got his attention. This turned out to be a bad mistake on my part. The alien human wielded an unusual power, of which I’ve never encountered before. I didn’t stand a chance against it. Fortunate am I in that the alien was more interested in returning to this place called Earth than fighting or I might not be here today.”

“Fascinating,” said Sharp Tooth, “and do you still posses the course projection for the alien?”

“Naturally,” said Dark Coil holding up a data scale.

With a hiss of excitement, Sharp Fang snatched it away from Dark Coil. Heaving himself from the pool Sharp Fang made haste to his apartments. Truly this would be a challenge for the great Sharp Fang. He wondered what kinds of challenges he might meet on this far off world. As for Dark Coil he relaxed deeper in the pool. His greatest challenger was soon going to be leaving N’again, then it would be Dark Coil who would be the greatest warrior of the N’agai.

Sharp Fang has been a fighter since he was hatched from his egg. Fighting has defined his existence since such an early age. For Sharp Fang that is the only reason for existing. Defeating an opponent and hearing the cheers of his admirers is heady drink for Sharp Fang. The N’agai can’t get enough of it.

On his homeworld of N’again, Sharp Fang has defeated all challengers. For a long time no one on N’again or any of the captured slaves that fought against him provided much sport for Sharp Fang. Because of this Sharp Fang doesn’t believe that anyone could actually defeat him.

Like most N’agai, Sharp Fang revels in the destruction that he causes. This is part of the violent side that all N’agai possess. Sharp Fang being the most powerful N’agai warrior must exceed the amount of destruction a lesser N’agai could.

"Are there no worthy challengers to the might of Sharp Fang? Come see if you're worthy."

All N'agai are superhumanly strong and resilant; Sharp Fang is more so due to his training and being a member of the royal family. N'agai can use their coils to wrap up their foes and crush them. Sharp Fang like other N'agai has fangs, but no N'agai are poisonous. N'agai are a multi-armed race, but the number of arms vary from N'agai to N'agai.

As a member of the royal family, Sharp Fang has been granted the Mark of Salmisstra, which is a small dot on his forehead that protects him from mental intrusions.

Sharp Fang wears the latest high tech space armor that is produced by the N'again Stellar Empire. The armor protects Sharp Fang from almost any harm. It is almost like a miniture space ship, in that Sharp Fang can enter hyperspace, and fly across the galaxy in light year leaps. Naturally the armor allows Sharp Fang to fly in normal atmospheres, even underwater.

Built into the back of his space armor, is Sharp Fangs weapon cache. Sharp Fang generally prefers hand-to-hand weapons such as his Death Fang, which punches holes through is foes, or his war claws, which are gloves that are covered with spikes. However, when faced with foes who won't enter hand-to-hand range with Sharp Fang, he also has a couple of ranged weapons like his Devistator which projects a power broad beam of energy to his Viper Blaster that usually destroys anything in its path.

N’agai are enormous ophidian-like aliens. Their lower halves are entirely like a snakes, while their upper half are humanoid in shape. Multiple arms are normal, and most N’agai have at least four. Sharp Fang being of the royal family has eight. N’agai are scaled and the color of their scales vary from N’agai to N’agai. Sharp Fangs’ scales are a bright emerald color. The head of a N’agai is more humanoid than snake-like, even though the N’agai have fangs they aren’t poisonous.

Sharp Fang wears a suit of highly advanced space armor. The armor is more like a small space ship than a suit of armor. His space armor is silvery in color and covers his entire body, all twenty-six feet of him.

Outside of his space armor, Sharp Fang is an enormous N’agai with bright emerald scales. Like the rest of his race, Sharp Fang has bright yellow eyes without pupils. Most N’agai don’t wear clothing as their scales provide adequate covering. Since coming to Earth, Sharp Tooth rarely spends any time outside of his space armor.
