Generally, James Donovan's Boys are typical 'muscle' for the Irish Mob. They talk and act rough. While they aren't bullies per se, they can play the part if they need to intimidate someone. Their loyalties are to the organization rather than to Donovan himself, although most outsiders can't really tell.
