Fiona is also a person of integrity, as much as she can be given her life circumstances. She is honest and wants to be helpful. She is fully against killing in any form. She prefers non-violence and also uses with caution her powerful mental abilities. She does not wish to brainwash or control others to do her bidding.

Fiona is passionate. Emotionally she is still as young as she appears. She often changes her mind and can be all four seasons in one day. She does possess a sharp mind but more so in a non-technical sense. She has incredible willpower but often times her emotions get the best of her. Along with this she has strong empathy and can easily read other people's emotions. Often times this will rub off on her with her processing their feelings. Due to this psychic sensitivity she avoids graveyards as they give her the creeps. Any place where the dead are laid to rest will put her at great discomfort.

Powers

Fiona has an incredibly strong mind that can do amazing things. First, she has a full complement of mental psychic powers such as telepathy, mind control, mental illusions, mind scan and mind link. Her mind link is powerful enough to establish a connection with multiple minds at once. She can see the emotional aura fields of living beings by simply looking at them. She also has clairsentience, the ability to sense great distances beyond her normal range. She also has second sight, the ability to pick up on psychic feelings from the past as well as a possible future. This however is not something she has conscious control of and it will manifest randomly, much like deja vu (no conscious control - GM controlled).

Additionally Fiona has the ability to project force with her thoughts. This includes telekinesis, telekinetic flight, a wall of force and a personal force field. Along with force she can project images into her surroundings. One of the tricks she learned was to create a negative image of herself, essentially rendering her invisible except for a distorted edge around her body (fringe).

Appearance

Fiona Kelly is a slender, petite woman of stunning beauty. Though she is 32 years you would not guess her age by appearance. Not only is she very short at 4'8", she appears quite young. Most would guess that she was in her early twenties. Her raven black hair is cut just short of shoulder-length and her eyes are a deep emerald green.
