Tito Bolivar was the middle son of a family that worked in a fireworks factory near the American border. He and his family were virtual slaves at the fireworks factory. However, one day Tito noticed a window had accidently been left open and he squirmed his way through it.

Since leaving the fireworks factory Tito wandered around Mexico, until he was picked up by the federales and sent to an orphanage. It was at the St. Francis orphanage that Tito gained a little education. Brother James, an American monk even taught him a little English.

Even with the education that Tito was getting life was still tough at St. Francis. The other children often picked on Tito because he was so small. Eventually Tito became quite sensitive about this and fights often occurred between Tito and taller boys. It was also about this time that small items started disappearing. Being the new kid Tito was naturally blamed for the thefts.

Finally Tito had enough. Sure he had been the one stealing things, but they were never big or expensive things. Tito just needed things to bring him comfort. He was taken before the abbot for his thefts. The abbot was a really old man who shouldn't have been taken care of children. His punishment for Tito was quite severe.

When Tito finally was able to get back on his feet, his plans for revenge were well underway. Using stolen explosives, he left a little package for the monks. Tito never looked back.

With no where else to go Tito took to wandering all over Mexico, never staying in any one place for look. Most people took an instant disliking for Tito, especially after their stuff started disappearing. Eventually Tito joined up with two other criminals; Cesar, and Miguel. These three grew very close over the years, and committed many crimes in America and Mexico.

It was after their last job, that the trio stopped by a bar just outside of Mexico City to do a little celebration. Cesar and Tito both got wasted, while Miguel ate everything in sight. It was really late when the three staggered out to the parking lot. Miguel passed out on top of Tito smothering him. Because of Miguel, Tito didn't notice the strange gringo with a gun.

Some time later, Tito awoke to the strange sight of Cesar, or at least someone who claimed to be Cesar. Hesitatingly Tito got up from the floor of the hidden lab when hunger pains like he had never felt before assaulted him. Tito thought he had taken a single step, but when he looked up again he was standing outside a hamburger joint in San Diego. Turning around he scratched his head took another step and was back at the lab.

It took a while for Tito gain control of his powers. When T. Wolf, Cesar insisted they all call him that, decided to leave the lab he instructed Tito to destroy the place. Once again Tito built a little bomb that was heard for miles around.

Tito has always been sensitive about his height. When he was in the orphanage he was always tormented by the other children because Tito was so small. Tito will blow up at anyone who slights him on his height.

Also due to his early upbringing, Tito is fairly insecure. To make up for this Tito is very flamboyant. To him it's about style, so he never does anything that isn't flashy in some way. His insecurity also shows itself in his habit of stealing things. Often they aren't very valuable, but Tito just can't seem to resist the temptation of a quick grab.

Cesar was one of the first people to treat Tito with anything that bordered on respect. As a result Tito is loyal to Cesar. Of course the other members of the Pack see this as brown nosing, but they just don't understand Tito.

"That's right, pick on the little guy. Well come on let's see if you can even lay a paw on the little guy."

Due to the experiments that were performed on Tito, he has gained the ability to move at super-human speeds. With a mere step, Tito can travel over thousands of miles in a heart beat. Traveling so fast, Tito's image becomes blurry making it hard to see him let alone target him.

Tito has learned to make a rapid attack using his speed powers which he calls his Chihuahua attack. In addition to his running ability, Tito's eye sight is very acute allowing him to spot things more easily than the average person. An odd talent that Tito has also gained is the ability to sense danger to him in his vicinity.

Another side effect of the experiment is that now Tito is completely color-blind. Also due to his super-human movement, his body requires a lot of nourishment. However, Tito won't eat anything that was prepared by Miguel.

Of all the members of the Pack, Tito looks the most human. Of course he's also the shortest of the group, but at least he looks completely human. Tito has scruffy brown hair and brown eyes. Like the other members of the Pack, Tito wears a suit of biker's leathers for protection. Usually clenched in Tito's hand is the stub of a cheap cigar. Often times, he'll also wear a hairnet. He thinks that the hairnet makes him look tough. Also like the other members of the Pack, Tito rides a Harley Davison, even though with his powers, he really doesn't need one. It's all about image to Tito.
